We ended up leaving Orlando around 8.30am... yep, as usual I ended up asleep most of the trip... what gorgeous weather we had when we got to Las Vegas... now, keep in mind I am not the gambler... Mike likes it more then me... I prefer to run around taking photos or looking in stores... there is a Super Wal-Mart across the road from our Hotel (Sam's Town) and we walked over to get water, fruit - it is alot cheaper to just buy it here... there was hardly anyone on the roads. I guess with the price of gas etc these days, people are staying at home or travelling somewhere else... Later on in the day we drove out to Ceasers Palace... while Mike played some Slots I went to one of my fave places... 'FAO Schwartz' and looking around the Forum in Ceasers... turns out Bette Midler is playing there... I would love to go see her... though I am not one for jewellery... I went into to 'Tiffany & Co.' - a girl can dream... We did see a store that sold statues and you will see Mike and I standing near the Cat In The Hat... for only $100,000 you could buy this brass statue... I will admit that I love it and the Green Eggs and Ham one... For dinner we went to our usual place... Lindo Michoacan - a place where the locals go but if you know what is good for you and you like Mexican... this is the place to go to... the food here is delicious and you get the free soup (well, we did cause they know we go here once a year when we are in town), then you get the chips and dip... I bought a Shrimp Quesadilla (is that spelt right) and had to show the picture... delicious... as you can see I have added a few happy snaps from the place... The little video at the bottom was at FAO Schwartz... it was SO much fun... I was originally taping Mike but he got boring on the thing so I let loose... hehe

I so miss Vegas. We used to live 3 hrs from there and would go up there every few months. I know that place like the back of my hand. I need to head back to visit a friend that lives there.
There is so much to do there that it's impossible to get bored. Wish I lived in a town where it was hard to get bored.

Love Vegas! Mark has an annual soccer tournament there for old men :-) We don't gamble but love Vegas!
